Position: Customer Service Officer (Maker)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field such as Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable discipline.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Graduates from 2022 onwards.
  • Applicants must be under 25 years of age (for external candidates).

Job Description: The Customer Service Officer (Maker) will provide front-line customer service at the branch. Responsibilities include managing account maintenance, processing payments and collections, addressing customer inquiries, and handling cash and non-cash transactions.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of general financial products and services.
  • Familiarity with bank accounting procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to handle basic client inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core banking systems.

Location: Positions are available in the Bule Hora Area (including Bule Hora, Gedeb, Era, Haro Kara, Chabi, Mati, Era). Fluency in Amharic, English, and Afan Oromo is necessary.
