2. Experience: 10 years in planning and business development

Engineering Division Head

1. Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering/Construction Management/Architecture or related fields
2. Experience: 10 years overall experience, with 5 years in a managerial position

Deputy Real Estate Manager

1. Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or Bachelor of Arts in Management, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
2. Experience: Minimum of 15 years overall experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in real estate
