Position 1: Reporter Intern (English and Amharic Products)
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a journalism, communications, or related program.
- Proficient writing skills to convey intricate information clearly and engagingly.
- Strong research aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and a fervor for storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with fundamental journalistic ethics.
- Competence in utilizing digital tools for research, writing, and communication.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Amharic.
- Knowledge of Afaan Oromoo is advantageous but not obligatory.
Position 2: Reporter Intern – Afaan Oromoo (English and Afaan Oromoo Products)
Requirements:
- Completion of a journalism, communications, or related degree.
- Proficient writing skills for clear and engaging communication of complex topics.
- Excellent research skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Understanding of basic journalistic ethics.
- Proficiency in digital tools for research, writing, and communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Afaan Oromoo.
- Familiarity with Amharic is advantageous but not mandatory.
