Position 1: Deputy Director of Supply Chain
Qualifications:
8-10 years of relevant experience with a postgraduate degree in Business Management, Accounting, Purchasing and Supplies Management, or related fields, or a first degree with equivalent experience.
A high-level professional certification in supply chain management and/or emergency response management is highly desirable.
Minimum of 6 years of senior-level management experience.
Proven experience working in diverse teams.

Position 2: Roving Supply Chain Manager-Warehouse
Qualifications:
Degree in logistics, supply chain management, accounting, or a relevant field of study.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Minimum of 4 years of experience with USAID/OFDA/UNHCR/OCHA grants.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Word and Excel; additional skills in PowerPoint and other applications are advantageous.
Ability to analyze and synthesize information in a fast-paced environment.
Field experience is essential.
Willingness to travel to field sites for 65% of the time.

Position 3: Humanitarian Access Safety and Security Manager – Readvertisement
Qualifications:
Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, Peace Studies, Security Studies, or a related field in the social sciences.
Minimum of 4 years of non-profit or NGO work experience in international humanitarian assistance programs.
Experience in planning, organizing, and executing security operations in the field.
Knowledge of humanitarian principles, codes of conduct, and sub-sector work linked to NGO field operations contexts.
Prior experience as a trainer with strong training skills.
Familiarity with local, regional, and international policies and operational positions.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Strong sense of personal integrity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Basic supervisory/managerial skills.
Technical and report writing skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications with computer literacy.
Fluency in English, local language is a plus.

Position 4: Education Officer
Qualifications:
MA/MSC, BSC/BA in education, special needs education, educational planning and management, educational leadership, or social sciences.
1 year of experience for MA/MSC, 2 years for degree holders, 5 years for diploma holders and above, preferably in education in emergencies and displacement settings.
Experience working with government counterparts and other partners at regional and woreda levels; NGO experience is a plus.
Good understanding of the education sector in Tigray region.
Demonstrable experience in facilitating training/workshops.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with a multi-sectoral team.
Proficiency in Tigrigna language, coupled with strong verbal and written English abilities, is beneficial. Additionally, a practical understanding of computer applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is desirable.
