Position 1: Call Center Operator
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Amharic.
- Strong technological aptitude, including familiarity with computers, software applications, and telephone systems.
Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Demonstrates a comprehensive grasp of company products, policies, and services. Skilled in maintaining composure and displaying courtesy under pressure, adept at managing stressful situations, especially during peak periods.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Effective organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age requirement: 20 – 30 years.
- Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for customer service.
- Demonstrated administrative and IT competencies with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
- Training in Call Center operations or related field is a plus.

Position 2: Sales Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Strong communication and sales acumen.
- Proactive approach to tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Promote Ride services to corporate clients.
- Note: Ownership of a smartphone is mandatory.
