Position 1: Driver
Location: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the vehicles of the hotel are in optimal condition.
- Safely transport guests and hotel executives to designated destinations promptly.
- Conduct driving duties within Addis Ababa and neighboring cities as needed, including operating catering and food trucks.
- Possess proficiency in reading road maps and familiarity with routes in Addis Ababa.
- Monitor fuel levels and refill when necessary to maintain operational readiness.
- Assist in directing traffic at the hotel’s driveway and address guest inquiries regarding transportation.
- Ability to drive various classes of commercial vehicles and possess in-depth knowledge of hotel products and services.
Requirements:
- Certificate of Training from Drivers & Mechanics Training School preferred, with basic knowledge of auto-mechanics.
- Valid 3rd-grade driving license.
- Minimum of two years of driving experience.
- Proficiency in English required, with additional international languages considered advantageous.
- Capability to perform minor vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Excellent guest interaction skills, physical fitness, and alertness are essential.
Position 2: Guest Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-in procedures.
- Maintain strict control over room keys and handle luggage transportation and other guest requests efficiently.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service to guests.
- Collaborate with Front Office colleagues to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
- Foster positive relationships with guests and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Preference will be given to candidates with a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated good performance and attendance record.
