Position: Training Specialist
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer & Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels.
- Understanding of basic principles of learning and capability development, project management knowledge, and process development.
- Ability to design training service delivery solutions and manage learning projects.
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic results and a passion for learning are encouraged to apply.
Job Description:
- Oversee the training operation and implementation, managing all training delivery phases.
- Coordinate training schedules and resources.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage trainees.
- Ensure the successful implementation of training courses, customer satisfaction, and enhance trainees’ learning experiences.
- Understand responsibilities and assessment standards of technical trainers.
- Manage and implement training processes to ensure high-quality and efficient training delivery.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring a positive learning experience.
- Provide necessary training delivery support to customers.
- Develop and implement training schedules and delivery plans to ensure effective program execution.
