Position 1: Receptionist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the real estate and hospitality industries).
- Proficiency in customer handling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others and be a good team player.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing callers to appropriate personnel if needed.
- Welcoming clients to the office and introducing them to the relevant staff.
- Collecting required information from walk-in clients, callers, and appointments.
- Accurately registering customer and caller details into the provided system.
- Preparing reports as requested by the supervisor or sales associate.
- Maintaining the overall appearance of the office and ensuring supplies are well-stocked.
- Providing accurate information in person, via phone, and email.
- Ensuring office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk (monitoring, logging, issuing visitor badges).
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
Position 2: Multi-Media Specialist
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and video editing work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Creating visually appealing and effective graphic designs and video content.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts.
- Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and company standards.
- Staying updated on the latest design trends and software.
- Managing and organizing design assets and files efficiently.
