Position 1: Trainee Documentation Officer
Objective: As part of our Young Professional Program, we aim to mentor and train recent graduates who possess a keen interest in learning. This position offers comprehensive training in coffee export documentation processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior staff in coordinating distribution and documentation tasks.
- Ensure secure product delivery to customers.
- Coordinate partnerships and pickups with logistics transport units.
- Record transactional data and support export distribution reporting and analysis.
- Maintain dispatch records and picking lists for efficient documentation management. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing Management, Agriculture, Logistics and Supply Chain, or related fields with a GPA of 3.00 and above.
- No prior work experience required.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Amharic.
- Strong desire to learn and explore new concepts.

Position 2: Trainee Coffee Trader (Export)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer relationships and recommend suitable solutions.
- Create and implement sales strategies for assigned territories or customer segments.
- Provide support and guidance to customers, maintaining strong relationships.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, market dynamics, and competitor activities in order to pinpoint areas for product enhancement or novel offerings. Consistently engage with customers through diverse communication channels such as cold calling, emails, etc. Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and efficiently. Requirements: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing Management, Agriculture, or related disciplines with a GPA of 3.00 or higher. No previous professional experience necessary. Possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Amharic. Demonstrate a keen enthusiasm for learning and embracing fresh prospects.
