Position 1: Fleet Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- BA Degree in Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain, or a related field from a recognized university
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proven experience in fleet management and planning
- Interpersonal and cross-functional skills
Position 2: Finished Goods Store Keeper
Job Requirements:
- 1 year or more of relevant experience
- Level IV/Diploma in Business-Related Fields
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Energetic and honest
Position 3: Purchasing Officer
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in an FMCG manufacturing company is a plus
- High integrity and strong commitment
- Excellent teamwork abilities
- Strong communication skills
Position 4: Mechanical Technician
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, TVET Level IV, or a related field from a recognized university
- Over 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Position 5: Senior HR Officer
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- At least 4 years of relevant HR experience
Job Duties:
- Facilitate the selection process, reference checks for new hires, and manage the employment process for all recruitments
- Conduct regular training impact assessments and recommend corrective actions as needed
- Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and provide advice according to existing rules and procedures
- Assist in implementing institutional development packages
- Identify and recommend organizational change instruments
- Simplify job analysis and update job descriptions
- Manage attendance and payroll
- Develop and promote tools and guidelines for institutional capacity building and best practices
- Support or facilitate the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees and track their performance
- Generate periodic reports on the division’s performance
- Deliver high-quality work under deadlines
- Perform other duties as assigned
