Position 1: Chief Steward
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Certificate in Food and Beverage or related fields from an accredited institution
- Minimum of three years’ experience in stewarding supervision or related areas
- Strong awareness of health and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities

Position 2: Chief Engineer
Qualifications:
- BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least five years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of building management/engineering and the ability to perform under pressure
- Previous experience in managerial or supervisory roles
- Strong work ethic with a drive for success
- Proven ability to manage and organize multiple tasks
- Preferred experience with electrical switches, HVAC systems, boilers, drywall repair, plumbing, etc.
