Position 1: Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

Work alongside project managers and stakeholders to identify procurement needs for ongoing and forthcoming real estate projects.

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, contractors, and vendors based on criteria such as quality, cost, and timeliness.

Engage in negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions, focusing on competitive pricing and favorable payment arrangements.

Issue accurate purchase orders in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Oversee supplier performance, promptly addressing any concerns regarding quality, timeliness, or contract adherence.

Qualifications:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Description:

The Real Estate Sales Officer is tasked with marketing and selling residential properties, ensuring adherence to agreements and timely payments until final property delivery.

Seeking individuals with robust knowledge of the Ethiopian real estate market to effectively sell properties to clients and investors.

Responsibilities include client follow-ups, conducting site visits, and executing sales transactions.

Establish and maintain excellent relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales for Real Estate Developers or Brokers.
