Position 1: Fitness Center Trainer
Job Description:
Welcome and assist members and guests courteously and efficiently upon entry to the fitness center.
Maintain cleanliness and minor maintenance of the gym and equipment.
Assist with operating fitness equipment and ensure an adequate supply of supplies.
Monitor and supervise gym activities.
Enforce gym rules and regulations.
Provide guidance on scheduling gym activities for individuals of all ages and abilities.
Administer first aid when necessary.
Maintain a positive image with guests and staff.
Offer assistance and guidance with gym workouts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science or a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.

Ability to troubleshoot minor gym equipment issues.

Position 2: Senior Accountant
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting activities of the company.
Review and authorize financial documents.
Ensure timely payment of monthly/yearly utility bills and taxes.
Process company payroll.
Prepare cash flow statements.
Implement financial policies and procedures.
Prepare payment vouchers and checks.
Issue receipts to customers.
Prepare budgets and monitor expenditure.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with audits.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proficiency in computer skills.
Familiarity with budget planning and execution.
Training in Peachtree accounting and asset valuation.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English.
Industrial experience preferred.
Position 3: Marketing Officer
Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers.
Attract agent-based customers through various sales channels.
Provide product information to customers.
Handle customer complaints.
Manage inventory.
Process payments.
Keep customers informed about new products.
Maintain sales records.
Meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Conduct market research and sales forecasting.
Identify customer needs and interests.

Requirements:
