Position 1: Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of banking operations experience. Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is a plus.

Position 5: Senior Developer
- Qualification: BSc/BA degree in MIS, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. IFB knowledge is a plus.
- Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Position 6: MIS Manager
- Qualification: BSc/BA degree in MIS, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. IFB knowledge is a plus.
- Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
- Training in IFB is advantageous.
