Position: Chief Merger & Acquisition and Capital Market Project Management Officer
Job Summary:
- Lead and oversee the M&A and Capital Market Management Project Office of the bank.
- Coordinate the activities of bank consolidation and capital market project engagements.
- Stay updated on developments in bank consolidation and capital markets and recommend timely actions.
- Serve as a liaison between the bank and external regulatory authorities (NBE, ECMA, and ESX), as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Qualification:
- MA/MSc or BA/BSc in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Qualifications in CISI, CFI, and related training are advantageous.
Work Experience:
- For MA/MSc: 1 year as Director of Strategy, Finance, or Banking Operations Department, or equivalent positions, or 11 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
- For BA/BSc: 2 years as Director of Strategy, Finance, or Banking Operations Department, or equivalent positions, or 15 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
