As a Clinical Nurse, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Assume accountability for your actions.
- Safeguard the rights and well-being of patients.
- Serve as a witness.
- Thoroughly document and communicate essential patient information.
- Exercise discretion in refusing to carry out orders deemed harmful to the patient.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Possess qualifications backed by education and experience.
- Administer medication and treatments.
- Record medical histories and symptoms.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct diagnostic tests.
- Monitor patients’ health status.
- Offer support and guidance to patients.
- Educate patients on illness management.
- Advocate for patients’ health and welfare.
- Provide fundamental bedside care.
