Position 1: Procurement and Logistic Officer

Qualifications:

  • BA Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

Competencies:

  • Knowledge of e-business/e-procurement systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher.
  • Familiarity with Ethiopian procurement regulations.
  • Strong data analysis, prioritization, and interpretation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Position 2: Marketing Officer

Qualifications:

  • BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Competencies:

  • Action planning and adaptability.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in market research, problem-solving, and motivation techniques.

Position 3: Human Resource Officer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Experience with multicultural and diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is an advantage.

Qualifications:
