The Hawassa Industrial Park Investors Association (HIPIA) is a non-profit organization representing the interests of investors in the Hawassa Industrial Park, located in Hawassa, Ethiopia. Founded in 2016, HIPIA is comprised of 22 members from various countries, including India, Sri Lanka, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Ethiopia, France, Belgium, Taiwan, and Indonesia. Among our members, three are local businesses, and eighteen are international suppliers serving the European and American textile and apparel markets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to engineering and operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Well-prepared CV and relevant documents.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to oversee operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical engineering, as well as experience in managing and guiding machine operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise machine operations to maintain high efficiency and safety standards.
- Oversee daily activities and manage a team of machine operators.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide support in troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to machine operations.
