The Hailemariam & Roman Foundation (HRF), in collaboration with Lelt Foundation, Inc, Humanity & Inclusion, and the Korea Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH), invites qualified candidates to apply for the following positions.

Position 1: Resources Mobilization Advisor/Officer

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in securing funding from various donors including individuals, multilateral agencies, corporate donors, and foundations.
  • Experience in assessing funding landscapes and developing program funding strategies.
  • Experience in coordinating and facilitating major proposal development for institutional donors.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build productive working relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including influencing, negotiation, and coaching.
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete key tasks under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing needs.
  • Experience in developing and delivering interactive training sessions, or serving as a coach/mentor.
  • Project and change management experience related to organizational development.
  • Fluency in Amharic and English, with strong writing skills.

Position 2: Human Resources & Operations Officer

Job Requirements:

  • BA/MA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields.
  • At least 8/5 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in local or international NGOs.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.

Competencies:

  • Familiarity with international development systems and policies.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, local labor laws, and donor regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and flexibility.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel and work in field program offices in Ethiopia.

Required Skills:

  • Oral and written communication
  • Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Terms of Employment: One year with the possibility of extension.

Position 3: Information Management Specialist

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science specializing in data/information management or Mathematics/Statistics.
  • Certified proficiency in GIS applications (ArcGIS Pro, Survey 123); proficiency in other GIS tools is a bonus.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office and Data Management software; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in humanitarian information management, data management, GIS, data visualization, or data analysis.
  • Experience with national or international NGOs is advantageous.
  • Experience in the HMA sector is an advantage.
  • Proficiency at the IMSMA Administrator level is a bonus.
  • Experience in data collection, sharing, management, and analysis.

Position 4: Information Specialist

Job Requirements:

  • First degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Internet browsing.
  • Capable of working in a high-stress environment with strong social and ethical qualities.
  • Commitment to KOFIH’s vision, mission, and values.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Punctuality and critical thinking.
  • Teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability.
  • Work ethics and experience working with Korean culture.

Salary: Negotiable between 20,000 – 23,000 ETB
