Position 1: Reservation/Revenue Supervisor
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a reservations or customer service role, including at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Digital Marketing Executive
Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing SEO, marketing databases, email campaigns, social media campaigns, and display advertising.
