Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia Job Vacancy

About Habitat for Humanity: Founded in 1976 with the belief that everyone deserves a decent place to live, Habitat for Humanity began as a grassroots initiative on a community farm in southern Georgia. Since then, it has grown into a global nonprofit organization, actively supporting local communities across all 50 U.S. states and over 70 countries worldwide. Families and individuals in need collaborate with Habitat for Humanity to either build or improve a home they can call their own.

About Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia (HFHE): Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia (HFHE) is part of Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) and operates under Habitat for Humanity Africa. Since beginning its work in Ethiopia in 1993, HFHE has supported thousands of families. Initially focused on providing mortgage homes to families facing poverty and vulnerability, the organization has expanded its scope to include housing for vulnerable groups, urban slum upgrading, urban resilience building, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), and disaster risk reduction and response (DR3)-WASH resilience initiatives.
