Position 1: Manager – Finance And Administration Department
JOB SUMMARY:
The Finance Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, leading, and supervising the financial activities and budgeting of the organization to achieve its objectives. Similarly, the HR & Administration Manager oversees human resource and administrative matters in line with the organization’s goals, performing additional tasks assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
Required Qualification: MBA/B.A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
Work Experience and Skills: A total of 7/9 years of experience, with at least four years in a managerial position in microfinance institutions. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Finance, CCA, Management, Budgeting, Peachtree Accounting, IFRS, and QuickBooks.
Role 2: Officer Responsible for Anti-Corruption Coordination and Legal Matters
JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves drafting contracts with clients and staff, providing legal advice on matters related to the institution’s activities, handling court cases, and gathering relevant court decisions.
Required Qualification: LLB Degree in Law.
Work Experience and Skills: Four years and above of work experience in a similar position or as a Legal Officer, preferably in a Share Company.
