Position 1: Human Capital Management Officer
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum of a BA degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Public Administration, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or other related business fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Capital Management roles.
Location: Head Office
Position 2: Customer Service Officer III
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum of a BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related business fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in banking operations.
Locations: Addis Ababa, Hosanna, and Adama Branches
Position 3: Manager – Share Administration
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum of a BA degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, or other business-related fields.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years at a senior officer level in share administration.
