Founded by a collective of 11 forward-thinking individuals, comprising seasoned bankers, investors, and academics deeply committed to their nation and its people.
The genesis of this groundbreaking venture—the first of its kind in Ethiopia—stems from critical issues such as a substantial housing deficit, escalating construction costs leading to housing unaffordability, persistent inflation, and deficiencies in the country’s housing finance mechanisms.
Position 1: Junior Application Administration Officer
Educational Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Science with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in application administration. Possession of database certifications like OCA, OCP, and familiarity with core banking systems is advantageous. Location: Head Office
Position 2: Digital Banking Officer
Educational Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or related fields, with at least 3 years’ experience in banking operations, including a minimum of 2 years in digital banking. Location: Head Office
Position 3: Driver I
Educational Qualification and Experience: Completion of 12th/10th grade education, possession of a 3rd-grade driving certification, and a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience. Location: Head Office
