- Education: LLB in Law

Position 2: Senior Accountant
- Education: BA in Accounting & Finance
- Experience: 4 years; insurance experience preferred

Position 3: Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Operations
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution; a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or Life Office Management Association (LOMA) is preferred
- Experience: At least 10 years in insurance, including a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role within general insurance operations
- Skills: Leadership, strategic orientation, resource management, interpersonal skills, computer skills

Position 4: Risk and Compliance Service Manager
- Education: BA in Management, Law, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or a related field
- Experience: 7 years, with at least 3 years in a senior position within an insurance company

Position 5: Audit and Inspection Service Manager
- Education: BA in Accounting or Auditing
- Experience: 7 years; insurance experience preferred
- Skills: Analytical skills, computer skills
