We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
Position 1: Sales & Customer Service Officer
Required Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science, Marketing, Management, or similar disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior secretarial position, customer service, or sales role in a real estate company.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong communication abilities.
Position 2: Project Administration
Required Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a project management role within the real estate or construction sectors.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, adaptability, customer understanding, and time management.
Location: Addis Ababa
Salary: Competitive, with attractive commissions on sales of flats, shops, and other properties.
