Position: Junior Sales Representative
Experience Level:
- Typically requires 0-2 years of relevant experience in marketing
Education Level:
- Any Degree; Marketing and sales background preferred
Key Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Dedication to understanding and fulfilling customer needs
- Ability to engage clients persuasively and ensure follow-up
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, identify opportunities, and create compelling sales environments
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points and business objectives
- Utilize technical expertise to deliver product demonstrations and articulate complex solutions clearly
- Develop persuasive proposals showcasing our solutions’ value and their alignment with client needs
- Support the sales team in overcoming objections and navigating the sales cycle to secure deals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and our evolving product portfolio
