Position 1: Junior Digital Marketing Officer

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in the communication and advertising industry in a similar capacity.

Proficiency in digital marketing with a deep understanding of its principles and strategies.

Proficiency in SEO fundamentals, encompassing keyword exploration, on-page enhancements, and strategies for building links.

Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently and excel in dynamic work settings.

Basic grasp of marketing concepts.

Creativity in developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, and email marketing software.

Proficiency in SEO principles, keyword research, and organic search engine ranking factors.

Experience in managing and optimizing campaigns, including bid management and ROI generation.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools is required.

Position 2: Content Writer

Qualifications:

Experience of 3 to 4 years in the communication and marketing industry in a role similar to this.

Exceptional writing skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and grammar.

Ability to think creatively and generate original ideas.

Strong multitasking skills.

Proficient in conducting thorough research.

Expertise in storytelling techniques.

Ability to adapt to various tones, styles, and brand voices.

Previous experience in content writing projects that showcase creativity and effectiveness.

Understanding of writing tools and principles of SEO.

Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and content distribution channels.

Awareness of copyright laws and ethical standards in content creation.

Position 3: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Qualifications:

Highly organized with keen attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, office administration, or a related field preferred.

More than 2/Three years’ work experience as an executive assistant or in a related role.

Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Professional communication skills in English and Amharic.

Working knowledge of technologies such as MS Office suite, OneDrive, Teams, and social media.

Strong work ethic, tenacity, and ambition.

Passion for excellent service and learning new skills.

Proactive and creative problem solver.

Position 4: Media Buying & Selling Manager

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a closely related discipline.

Demonstrated expertise in media buying, planning, or sales, with a preference for experience within an advertising agency or media buying agency.

Thorough comprehension of media planning and buying principles.

Outstanding negotiation capabilities.

Proficiency in utilizing media buying and planning tools/software.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Superior communication and interpersonal proficiencies.

Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Proactive, self-driven, and focused on achieving results.
