Filtema Trading is seeking qualified candidates to fill the following job positions:

Position 1: Sales Representative

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the real estate industry
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads by meeting potential clients
  • Set sales targets and devise strategies to achieve them
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements
  • Adhere to company policies while prospecting and networking
  • Research potential clients and engage with them effectively
  • Present properties to interested buyers
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Conduct needs assessments to address customer requirements
  • Ability to address and resolve customer concerns promptly Number of positions: 40

Position 2: Sales Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Supervisor or 4 years as a Real Estate Salesperson
  • Strong knowledge of marketing trends and technologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train a sales team
  • Develop sales strategies to meet team objectives and increase revenue
  • Identify market opportunities and implement sales tactics accordingly
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance
  • Ensure sales team members have necessary resources for optimal performance
  • Assist in negotiations and closings with clients
  • Maintain client relationships and stay updated on industry trends
  • Perform administrative tasks as required
  • Manage inventory information and share with the sales team
  • Oversee sales team activities in the CRM system
  • Contribute personal sales efforts to promote properties Number of positions: 4
