Fayyaa Integrated Development Organization (FIDO) is a charitable organization based in Ethiopia, established in 2002 by Ethiopian volunteers. Since inception, it has been actively involved in implementing diverse projects across various regions including Oromia, South West, Sidama, Afar, Tigray, Benshangul Gumuz Region, Somali regional states, and Addis Ababa City Administration.
Position 1: Technical, Referral, and Linkage Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience for Bachelor’s and 2 years for Master’s, focusing on health, HIV/AIDS project management, and technical support provision.
- Demonstrated progressive experience in overseeing HIV Care and Treatment projects, along with coaching and mentoring staff and community actors.
- Comprehensive understanding of HIV context with strategic thinking capabilities to enhance program quality.
- Ability to coordinate and support community engagement facilitators and volunteers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork proficiency, and basic computer skills.

Position 2: Internal Auditor
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Internal Auditor or Senior Auditor.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
- Capability to handle extensive data and compile detailed reports, adhering to auditing standards, procedures, and regulations.
- Keen attention to detail, exceptional analytical skills, and independent judgment.
- MBA or BS degree in Accounting Finance.

Position 3: IT Support Specialist
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, proficient in IT systems and networks.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are advantageous.
- Strong technical skills encompassing hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration, system configuration, and data security.
- Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux), networking technologies, and IT tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical prowess, and problem-solving abilities.
