Position 1: Driver

Education and Qualifications:

  • Completion of 10th/12th Grade or higher with relevant technical training
  • 3rd Grade Driving License

Experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience in similar roles
  • Familiarity with diesel, 4WD, and regular engines, including inspection, maintenance, and service

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload independently
  • Attention to detail and methodical work approach
  • Proficiency in vehicle daily checks and knowledge of road rules
  • Awareness of health and safety practices
  • Pleasant, professional demeanor; enthusiasm for representing Farm Africa

Position 2: Livestock Officer

Education and Qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc in Livestock/Animal Science, Agricultural Extension, General Agriculture, or related fields
  • Training in agricultural extension systems

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years in livestock and livelihood development
  • Experience in agricultural extension and project planning
  • Knowledge of agricultural development policies and value chain strengthening

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in computer literacy and report writing
  • Good communication, team-building, and community facilitation skills
  • Budget management and training facilitation
