This was a result of the federal government’s decision to prioritize the enhancement of telecom services, recognizing them as crucial for national development. Consequently, the nation’s telecom infrastructure and services have been elevated to world-class standards, marking a significant shift in the sector’s improvement and development.

Position 1: Multimedia Production Expert
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Language and Literature, Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communications, Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, IT, Film Production, or related fields.
4 years of experience for Bachelor’s degree holders, and 3 years for Master’s degree holders in roles such as Creative Copywriter, Content Developer, Film Director, Graphics Designer, Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor, and Cinematographer.
Proficiency in Adobe video and photo editing suite (Premier Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator) is mandatory, with additional skills in Cinema 4D, Blender, and animation software considered a plus.
Position 2: Graphics Design and Architecture Specialist
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Architectural Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
3/2 years of experience in graphic design and architecture.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, 3D Max, Blender, and AutoCAD. Proficiency in animation and videography skills is also essential.
Position 3: Graphics Design Analyst
Requirements:
BSc Degree or Level V with COC in any field of study.
Experience is not required but preferred.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Design, Corel Draw, and 3D design is advantageous. Must submit a graphic design certificate.
Position 4: Digital Communication Expert
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.

Proficiency in various aspects of digital communication, including content creation, audience engagement, digital advertising, analytics, strategic planning, and brand management. Certifications in Digital Marketing are beneficial.
Position 5: Cameraman and Video Editing Administrator
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in various fields related to multimedia production.
2 years of experience in roles such as Graphic Designer, Camera Man, Video Editor, or related positions.
Proficiency in Adobe video and photo editing suite is mandatory, with skills in animation and motion graphics software considered a plus.
Position 6: Cameraman and Video Editing Specialist
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant fields.
2 years of experience in multimedia production roles.
Proficiency in Adobe video and photo editing suite is mandatory, with skills in animation and motion graphics software considered a plus.
Position 7: Creative Specialist
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism, Political Science, Languages and Literature, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
4/3 years of experience in content creation, marketing communication, or similar roles.
Proficiency in Amharic and English content creation is required.
Position 8: Public Relations Expert
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
4/3 years of experience in digital communication roles.
Strong communication, media relations, strategic thinking, project management, and analytical skills are required.
Position 9: Graphic Design Expert
Requirements:
Master’s/BSc Degree or Level V with COC in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or IT.
3/4 years of experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, animation, and videography is required. Experience in working with printing/advertising agencies is a plus.
