Ethiopost is a government-owned enterprise responsible for developing and expanding postal services across the country. As the designated postal operator (DPO), Ethiopost ensures the provision of postal services nationwide, fulfilling the government’s universal service obligation (USO).


Position 1: Junior Sales Officer

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BA degree with 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with both existing and potential customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Offer accurate, updated information regarding the organization’s services, products, and events. Stay informed on relevant changes to ensure the most current information is communicated.
  • Support the sales team through the entire process, including preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Assist in maintaining sales records, generating reports, and analyzing data to assess performance, offering insights to improve the sales process.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively convey their value to potential clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and perform administrative tasks related to the sales function.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Position 2: Senior Auditor

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance auditing or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards.
  • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
