Position 1: Senior Talent Acquisition and Employee Services Officer

Qualification: Degree in Human Resources, Management, or Business Administration.

Work Experience and Skills: 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Training & Development.

Ability to adapt to changing business environments and market conditions.

High level of integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to fostering a culture of honesty and transparency.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Financial Control and Reporting Manager

Qualification: Degree in Accounting and Finance.

Professional Background and Competencies: A track record of 4 years in the field.

Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate staff, make tough decisions, and manage conflicts.

Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Chief Operations Officer

Qualification: Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, or MBA in Marketing/Business Development.

Work Experience and Skills:

Master’s degree with 6 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience.

At least 5 years of managerial experience.

Strong understanding of operations management, supply and distribution processes, and the ability to implement process improvements.

Expertise in managing finances, encompassing tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and conducting financial analysis.

Strategic thinking and the ability to develop long-term plans to achieve operational goals.
