The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) is seeking individuals to join their team in Addis Ababa for the position of Dispenser. ERCS, established in 1935, is a leading humanitarian organization in Ethiopia, dedicated to assisting communities impacted by both natural and manmade disasters. With a widespread network comprising 12 Regional Offices, 34 Zonal Branches, and 131 District/Woreda Branches, along with numerous Red Cross committees, ERCS delivers vital services such as emergency response, ambulance and first aid, family reunification, and disaster risk reduction initiatives.
Position: Dispenser
Location: Addis Ababa Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a valid professional license
- No prior work experience required
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and maintaining inventory of medicines and medical supplies
- Dispensing medications in accordance with prescriptions
- Ensuring the preservation and quality of pharmaceutical stock
- Managing stock records and performing clerical duties related to dispensing
