The Ethio-Engineering Group (EEG) is a governmental business enterprise re-established in September 2020 under FDRE Council of Ministers Regulation No. 475/2020. The group’s primary objective is to spearhead the development of heavy industries in Ethiopia, aligning with the national vision of transitioning to an industry-led economy. EEG is involved in the manufacturing and trading of a variety of products, including automotive, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, power and electronics equipment, and plastic and polymer products.

Position 1. Accountant (Disbursement)
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year with an international company (experience in accounting/disbursement preferred)
- Experience in a construction firm is a plus
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2. Nurse
- Qualifications:
- Diploma/Level IV or BSc Degree in Nursing
- For Diploma/TVET Level IV: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- For BSc Degree: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Location: Anywhere in Ethiopia
Position 3. Project HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Manager
- Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Health Science or a related field
- 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a senior position in a similar field (experience with an international company is preferred)
- Location: Anywhere in Ethiopia
Position 4. Recruiter
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a construction company is an advantage
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5. Section Manager
- Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer, Senior Site Engineer, or a similar role
- Location: Anywhere in Ethiopia
Position 6. Security Supervisor
- Qualifications:
- TVET Level IV/III in Management or a related field
- Mandatory military/police training certificate
- Minimum of 4 years (for Level IV) or 3 years (for Level III) of experience in a similar role
- Location: Addis Ababa
