Position 1: Front Desk and Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:
The Front Desk and Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for employees and visitors. The role involves managing appointments, phone calls, and visitor reception, while also providing administrative support to the head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Perform administrative duties, including reporting to management.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate calendars and manage bookings for conference rooms, airfare, and lodging.
