Position 1: Capacity Building Expert

Form of Employment: On Contract Basis

Qualification Requirements:

Possession of a BA/BSc degree in any discipline, accompanied by at least six years of hands-on experience in leadership development, training and development, capacity enhancement, or closely related domains.

Demonstrated experience in managing improvement initiatives and designing/implementing training and professional development programs for TVT (Technical and Vocational Training) staff.
Knowledge and experience of adult pedagogy and learning styles.
Team-player fostering a sense of community among staff and partners.
Strong communication skills in writing, with clarity and accuracy.
Excellent listening and public speaking abilities.
High flexibility, with the ability to make recommendations and garner buy-in for advancing goals.
Commitment to collaboration, teamwork, and accountability.
Cultural competence to adapt seamlessly in multicultural environments.
Readiness to work on weekends and evenings, and be available for travel as required.

Position 2: Program Officer – Leadership Development

Qualification Requirements:

Possession of a BA/BSc degree, preferably in education or a closely related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of practical experience in leadership development or related domains.

Demonstrated expertise in managing improvement initiatives and designing/implementing training and professional development programs for TVT staff.
Knowledge and expertise of adult pedagogy and learning styles.
Team-player fostering a sense of community among staff and partners.
Strong communication skills in writing, with clarity and accuracy.
Excellent listening and public speaking abilities.
High flexibility, with the ability to make recommendations and garner buy-in for advancing goals.

Knowledge and expertise of adult pedagogy and learning styles.
