Position 1: Database Administrator

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 6 years or 4 years of relevant experience, respectively.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Database System Administrator (DBA).
• At least 4 years of practical experience with relational database systems such as MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB, along with a strong working knowledge of SQL scripts.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a programming language such as C#, PHP, ASP.Net, or Java.
Proficiency in enhancing performance through the utilization of native monitoring and troubleshooting tools, specializing in Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO).• Experience with backups, restores, and recovery models.
• Proficiency in working with Windows servers, including Active Directory.
• Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server.
• Familiarity with interactive data visualization and business analytics tools, specifically Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work after hours and weekends as needed.
• Flexible, team-oriented, with a proactive “get-it-done” personality.
Capacity to autonomously arrange and strategize tasks.
• Capability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
• Effective multitasking and context-switching between different activities and teams.

Position 2: Senior Project Officer II – Civil Engineer

Requirements:
• BSc or master’s degree in civil engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years (BSc) or 8 years (master’s degree) of combined experience in civil infrastructure construction works, with at least 5 years in roles such as Lead Engineer, Project Engineer, Resident Engineer, Construction Engineer, or Supervising Engineer on at least 3 multi-stakeholder infrastructure construction projects.
• Proficient knowledge of technical, legal, and operational standards and practices in the Ethiopian construction sector.
• Highly desirable expertise in multi-stakeholder public sector construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience in civil infrastructure design and specification responsibilities.
• Well-regarded background in construction supervision, quality control, and contract administration.
• Ability to work under pressure, long hours, and in a challenging project environment.
• Leadership skills to coordinate spatially distributed professionals.
• Adherence to professional integrity and a commitment to using knowledge for human welfare.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary and diverse work environment.
• Professionally licensed in the industry.
• Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide.
• Fluency in English and Amharic is required.

Position 3: Team Leader – Subgrant Management (Re-Advert)

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Finance, International Development, or a relevant field from a recognized university.
• At least ten (10) years with a bachelor’s or eight (8) years with a master’s degree of relevant experience in grant administration, donor compliance management, and sub-recipient grant management, including three years in a senior grant management position.
• Experience with multiple donor-funded programs and knowledge of the agriculture sector is a plus.
• Excellent sub-grant management skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and personal initiative.
• Experience in accounting, budget management, database administration, project management, and information gathering.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with different teams, government organizations, NGOs, and other partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with knowledge of other local languages.
• Willingness to adhere to ATI values.

Position 4: Information Technology Director (Re-Advert)

Requirements:
• Minimum master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Applied mathematics, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• At least 12 years of experience, with a minimum of 6 years in a managerial role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, emphasizing high performance, teamwork, accountability, and results.
• Proficiency in managing multiple IT disciplines, including network operations, software development, operations and technical support, and a broad knowledge of systems, applications, and operating systems.
• Proficient in managing projects of various sizes, from mid-to-large scale, with expertise in budgeting.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise both consultants and permanent staff.
• Possesses outstanding communication skills across all levels, adept at negotiation and third-party management.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrates robust leadership skills to effectively guide and inspire team members.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Fluency in Amharic and a working knowledge of English is required.
