Minimum College Diploma/10+3/Level III Certificate in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Customer Relations Management, Hotel Management, or any related field from a recognized TVET/College/University with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
