Position: Claims Officer
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university. Work Experience: Not mandatory Additional Qualifications & Abilities:
- Efficiently plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee company activities.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of arranging and documenting meetings for shareholders and the Board of Directors.
- Maintain organized records and information for the company.
- Promptly provide reports and necessary information to relevant parties.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable team player with a proactive approach.
- Manage human resource activities including planning, development, and succession.
- Develop training plans based on needs assessment and budget.
- Offer guidance on human resource management matters.
- Prepare annual budgets and performance reports for submission to supervisors.
- Basic understanding of company claim policies and procedures.
- Ability to facilitate repair processes efficiently.
