Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSC) in Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university.

Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in the insurance business.

Considerable knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques (Job no.1).

Thorough understanding of insurance business.

Excellent familiarity with company operation policies and procedures.

Effective coordination skills to achieve maximum efficiency.

Strong branch coordination and management abilities.

Analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient understanding of policies and procedures related to human resource development.

Position 2: Senior Human Resource Development Officer

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field from a recognized university.

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a business organization.

Excellent understanding of company operation policies and procedures.

Ability to effectively coordinate activities for maximum efficiency.

Requirements:
