Position: Sales Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills; experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other data processing software
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Amharic languages
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential business clients for delivery services
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction
- Tailor delivery solutions to meet the unique needs of B2B clients
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure efficient delivery processes
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring profitability for the company
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to sales management
- Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote services and expand the client base
