Position: Junior Customer Service Specialist
Job Requirements:
- Recent graduates from 2023 or 2024 with a BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- No prior experience required.
- Age ≤ 25
- Exit exam required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash transactions between the Cash Administrator and clients.
- Verify and validate Payment Instruments against the System.
- Issue and sign Payment Instruments.
- Process and validate incoming and outgoing DRS transfers.
- Exchange cash denominations and record transactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
