Position: Junior Customer Service Specialist
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates from 2023 and 2024 with a BA in Procurement and Supplies, Purchasing, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
- No prior experience required.
- Age ≤ 25.
- Exit Exam required for 2023 graduates.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare utility and maintenance payment orders.
- Follow up on various maintenance tasks.
- Record general service duties in a log book.
- Encode data in fuel management system software.
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Monitor fuel consumption.
- Supervise fleet management.
- Perform other related duties as required.
