- 3.5 to 5.5 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial board office role

Position 3: Senior Interest-Free Banking Operations Officer
Requirements:
- BA/MBA/MA in Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, or related fields
- 3.5 to 5.5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in an Interest-Free Banking officer position

Position 4: Senior Interest-Free Banking Financing Officer
Requirements:
- BA/MBA/MA in Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, or related fields
- 3.5 to 5.5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in an Interest-Free Banking officer position
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Manager, Interest-Free Banking Financing Division
Requirements:
- BA/MBA/MA in Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, or related fields
- 7.5 to 9.5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior Interest-Free Banking officer role
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 6: Manager, Compliance Division
Requirements:
- BA/MBA/MA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
- 6.5 to 8.5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior Risk/Compliance officer position in the banking industry
