The initial facility functions as a Waste Plastic Recycling plant, transforming waste plastic into hot washed PET flakes for export purposes and as a raw material for other plastic products. The second plant specializes in thermoplastic manufacturing, utilizing the processed flakes as raw materials to produce various plastic goods. This recently established plant boasts six production lines dedicated to PPR Pipe, PET Strap, Sutli, Rope, Broom, and Monofilament Productions.

Position 1: Head of Electrical Section
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the mechanical maintenance division to prepare electrical maintenance and preventive maintenance work.
Safely and efficiently maintains, adjusts, repairs, and services electrical malfunctions in motor electric systems.
Utilizes logical and progressive diagnosis techniques to identify the causes of electrical malfunctions in equipment-motors.
Directs, coordinates, and supervises all maintenance activities.
Ensures adherence to safe working practices and procedures, particularly in compliance with the factory’s safety guidelines.
Provides technical advice and guidance on all electrical maintenance works.
Takes proper care of electrical maintenance tools and manuals.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: MSC/BSC in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 3-4 years

Position 2: Marketing Officer
Responsibilities:
Conducts studies on customer service effectiveness, market potentials, and product development for new market expansion.
Implements appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting, and targeting markets, and promotes products and services accordingly.
Identifies and analyzes the company’s strengths and weaknesses, responding to opportunities and threats in the marketing environment.
Assists in developing marketing objectives and goals to ensure business growth and market share.
Participates in market assessments and customer service quality assessment studies.
Contributes to formulating marketing and promotion activities and policies, collaborating with advertising and promotion managers as needed.
Conducts market research studies and analyzes findings to enhance advertising effectiveness.
Performs promotional activities necessary for boosting sales.
Compiles and analyzes customer survey indicators for continuous improvement.
Gathers feedback from customers to establish Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and analyzes for appropriate countermeasures.
Participates in exhibitions and trade fairs, distributing promotional materials and technical information relevant to sales.
