Job Position 1 – Entry-level HR Specialist

Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage both physical and digital personnel records, including employment contracts and PTO requests

Revise the internal databases by incorporating details about newly recruited employees.

Create and disseminate guidelines and FAQ documents regarding company policies

Collect payroll data such as bank accounts and working days

Post and remove job advertisements

Coordinate job interviews and communicate with candidates as necessary

Generate reports and presentations on HR-related metrics, such as total hires by department

Develop training and onboarding materials

Address employee inquiries regarding benefits

Guarantee the seamless functioning of all human resources operations.

Job Position 2 – Entry-level Accountant (Female Only)

Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field of study.

Experience: Recent graduate with no prior work experience.

Location: Addis Ababa

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Resolve issues or queries related to accounts payable and receivable

Conduct accurate daily reconciliations of cash, cheque, and credit card transactions; organize and file invoices

Complete income tax returns and fulfill corporate reporting obligations.

Analyze financial information and generate balance sheets

Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, procedures, and federal/state regulations

Complete end-of-month close procedures, including the preparation of financial statements

Post journal entries and manage general ledger operations

Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts; compile monthly financial reports

Provide requested analyses of accounts and contribute to year-end closings

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and payroll administration

Aid in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

Undertake additional tasks assigned by the operations and administrative manager.
