Position 1: Security Officer (Four Positions)
Work Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in security-related fields such as national security, military, police, private security, or corporate environments.
- The requirement is reduced to one (1) year for candidates with a first-level university degree or higher.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) are desirable.
- Previous experience with the UN system or international NGOs is a plus.
Languages:
- Fluency in English is required.

Position 2: Security Officer

- Evaluate the project’s performance regarding its relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, impact, and integration of gender, human rights, disability inclusion, and environmental sustainability.
- Identify and document lessons learned and best practices.
- Provide targeted recommendations for future project designs.

Qualifications/Special Skills:
- Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in evaluation, development economics, social sciences, business/public administration, or related fields.
- A first-level university degree with additional two years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced degree.
- Seven (7) years of experience evaluating international development interventions.
Languages:
- Fluency in English is required.

Position 4: Property Control and Inventory Assistant
