Position 1: Security Officer (Four Positions)

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in security-related fields such as national security, military, police, private security, or corporate environments.
  • The requirement is reduced to one (1) year for candidates with a first-level university degree or higher.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) are desirable.
  • Previous experience with the UN system or international NGOs is a plus.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of another UN official language is advantageous.

Position 2: Security Officer

Position 3: Evaluation Consultant (Multiple Positions)

Result of Service:

  • Evaluate the project’s performance regarding its relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, impact, and integration of gender, human rights, disability inclusion, and environmental sustainability.
  • Identify and document lessons learned and best practices.
  • Provide targeted recommendations for future project designs.

Expected Duration:

  • 4 months

Qualifications/Special Skills:

  • Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in evaluation, development economics, social sciences, business/public administration, or related fields.
  • A first-level university degree with additional two years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced degree.
  • Seven (7) years of experience evaluating international development interventions.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of another UN official language is advantageous.

Position 4: Property Control and Inventory Assistant

  • Ability to maintain and supervise management control systems for assets and services.

  • Two (2) years of experience in data analytics or related areas is desirable.

Languages:

  • Fluency in oral and written English is required.
  • Knowledge of another UN official language is advantageous.
