Position: Accountant
Job Description:
General Accounting:
Maintain and record daily transactions in the general ledger.
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
Review and approve invoices and vendor payments.
Ensure monthly and annual book closure.
Financial Reporting:
Compile precise and punctual financial statements, encompassing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Evaluate financial data to pinpoint patterns crucial for informed business strategies.
Aid in the formulation of budgets and projections.
Effectively convey financial insights to both management and stakeholders.
Undertake supplementary duties as required.
Establish and uphold internal controls for financial accuracy and integrity.
Audit financial transactions and records for accuracy.
Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Assist other departments with financial-related tasks.
Keep updated on accounting software and best practices.

Skills, Experience & Education:
